  • Sale items or gift cards

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Carefully package the item(s) and ship it back to us. Please ensure the items are returned in their original, unused condition.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

6. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) once we receive the returned items in their original condition.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will offer a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost.

8. Final Sale

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
